Johnny Carino's Scallopini

If you have a Johnny Carino's in your town then you're all set!  Just go order their Chicken Scallopini!  Ohmygoodness...delicious.

I found this recipe on Pinterest years ago when it was hard to find.  I haven't tried lately so it may be easier now.  We used to have a Carino's here, but they folded up and left...I was heartbroken, wondering where I was going to get the recipe!  But luckily, I found it and I make it often.  We love it.
