Crunchy Chocolate Chip Strawberry Pecan Cookies...

Ingredients you'll need:

  1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Butter

2/3 Cup granulated sugar

2 tsps. vanilla extract

1 1/4  cups self rising flour

2 Tbsp milk

2 Heaping Tbsp strawberry jam

1 Tbsp Lemon juice

1/3  Cup chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups strawberry mix cornflakes

1 Cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease or line baking sheets with parchment paper

I wet mine, squeeze it out where it's just damp, then lay it in the pan.  Works great!  No more flying off the pan...

Cream the butter and sugar until it is light in color.

Now...Just add all of the above ingredients as soon as you see the butter and sugar is nice and creamy...

Mix Well!

Get a large spook or my favorite, cookie scooper

Scoop and place on trays

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Cool

Does well up to about a week.
