Apple Pie Ice Cream

Good Morning!  This extremely simple recipe for Apple Pie Ice Cream is wonderful for holidays...back yard barbecues or just everyday.
Taste just like an Apple Pie!
Enjoy...

Ingredients:

1 - 14oz can Sweetened condensed milk
1 Can Evaporated milk
1/2 to 3/4 can Apple Pie filling (I mashed mine up into tiny pieces).
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Taste it!  You like it?  Freeze it.  Otherwise, add more of what You like.

This only makes 4 cups without overflowing my ice cream maker.
If you don't own an electric maker, just pour into a bowl and stick it in the freezer...stirring every 30 to 45 minutes, then let it freeze solid.
Hope you enjoy it!

I had no idea that you had a cooking blog. You are a very busy lady. This looks amazing, and I guarantee I will be making it this summer. I may try it with peach pie filing as well.

I like seeing these food posts, Donna. This is something I want to set up down the line as well. PS: I made waffles for breakfast today. Well ... I'm having a slow day so once I made them it was already lunch. Still, yum.
