Vanilla Custard Pie
Makes it's own crust!
Ingredients:
4 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup white sugar
2 Cups whole milk
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
Combine in a mixing bowl...Beat with mixer until flour lumps disappear.
Pour into pie plate (large)
Bake at 350*degrees (176 C) for 35 minutes.
Do not over bake! You want a light colored crust.
