Big Chocolate Chip Cookies...

Nothing better than a hot chocolate chip cookie!  I LOVE this recipe.  The dough is light so you know you'll get some crunch along with the walnuts and chocolate.  First thing you do is cream all the sugars and butter and eggs together.  See that creamy looking stuff in the photo?  That's what it'll look like before you add the nuts and chocolate chips...  Now add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and mix well until fluffy.  Now, add the nuts and chocolate and stir by hand.

Now scoop out by large spoonfuls, the dough, and place on your greased OR, use a sheet of parchment paper ( you can use the same sheet for all of the cookies).

Place the balls about two inches apart on the cookie sheet.

Bake in a  PREHEATED OVEN at 375 degrees for 15 or 16 minutes.  No longer.

When done, cool completely on a rack (if you have one) or on a cold cookie sheet...just get them off the hot one!

This was, by far, the best chocolate chip recipe I ever made.  They are seriously good!

When cooled, package them up...That's it!  Enjoy!
