Hubby's Whole Wheat Bread



5 C Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 C Unbleached all purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp Granulated Yeast, or 2 packets
1 Tbsp Kosher salt
1/4 C Vital Gluten
2 1/2 Cs lukewarm water
1/2 C Cane sugar
5 Large Eggs
2/3 C Unsalted Butter or margerine

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Combine all wet ingredients together then add to dry.
Mix with maching or spoon.
Cover and let rest and rises (about 2 hours)

You can bake what you need now OR refrigerate the dough for up to 5 days.

Preheat over thirty minutes before baking at 350 degrees IF you use a baking stone.  If Not, 5 to 10 minutes is fine.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

You can add cracked wheat or anything else you desire to the dough...
