Puffy Egg Dish

Hi Guys! Just wanted to do a quick post about the egg dish I made last week. I've had several request for it. I didn't take any other pictures while making it though! Sorry! BUT, it's incredibly easy to do! This recipe is for TWO people. Increase it as needed! So here goes! You'll need:

1 small pyrex baking dish

1 mixing bowl

1 wooden spoon

1 flat baking pan to place the egg dish on while baking

4 eggs beaten

2 tablespoons of WATER added to the mixed eggs

2 slices of Any kind of bread

salt and pepper

1 1/2 cup grated cheese

AND...You may like tomatoes or zuchini mixed in...or even sausage! You be the judge!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Mix the eggs and add the water

Layer the bread in the bottom of the greased (butter) pyrex pan

Add some cheese and whatever Else you want, to the egg mixture

Pour it over the bread in the pyrex pan

Layer the top Generously with cheese

Pop into the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until it's puffy and lightly browned

That's IT! Almost too easy! Enjoy! Don't forget to make some Coffee!!!
