Strawberries Anyone?

There are just Some days that I need a quick and easy dessert! I'm constantly trying to figure out what to have with the evening meal in the way of something sweet. While observing the specimens in my refrigerator, I luckily spied some sad little strawberries...I can certainly make them, and Hubby, Happy at the same time! Maybe you're stuck for that little something sweet? I think this will work.....


You'll need some whipped cream OR Coolwhip and a strawberry glaze...You can find these in most any grocery store.

You'll also be able to find a small Angel food cake like this one. Cut the Angel food cake anyway you like and put it in the bowl or on a plate.

Slather the strawberry glaze on the strawberries in the bowl and arrange it anyway you want! There you have it! Now get in that kitchen and get busy! It only takes a few minutes to make someone Happy!! Enjoy!
